Denis will be attending the 2016 Triangle Statistical Genetics Conference where he will be presenting, "Cheminformatics for Precision Medicine: Applications to HLA-triggered Adverse Drug Reactions."
NC State will have two other faculty members from the Bioinformatics Research Center (BRC) presenting at the Triangle Statistical Genetics Conference as well. David Reif will be presenting his work on "Fishing for GxE underlying differential susceptibility to environmental chemical exposure" and Yi-Hui Zhou will be presenting her research on "Computation of ancestry scores with mixed families and unrelated individuals."
The conference will be hosted on the SAS Campus on Monday Oct. 31st and will begin with check-in at 8:45am. Those interested in attending the event can register online for free before Oct. 26.
